WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM
As of January 1, 2020, UK regulations require rural properties without main drainage access to install compliant sewage treatment systems to prevent pollution. Septic tanks discharging to surface water must be upgraded. Compliance with Environment Agency rules and annual maintenance is mandatory.
